I was saddened to hear of David's passing.  I heard he was sick and unable to attend our 50th reunion.  He resided in Stone Mountain, Ga, a community not far from Atlanta where I live.  I intended to get in touch with him upon my return to Georgia,  however, I got involved doing other things and regrettfully did not follow through with my plan.   He was a fellow classmate at Horace Mann School and Central; also lived a block from my home on Rice Avenue.  I have fond memories of David.  May he rest in peace.
