LIMA – OTIS JAMES WILLIAMS

Otis James “Juice” Williams, 60, died at 5:26am January 12, 2003 at Lima Memorial Hospital

He was born November 30, 1942 in Eufala Alabama to Steve Williams Sr and Daisy Coleman Williams who preceded him in death. His long-time companion, Rosie M Wade survives in Lima.

Mr. Williams was a forklift operator at Adelano Corporation. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1911. He was a graduate of Lima Senior High School, where in the early ‘60s he was a standout football player and held several school records in track and football. He was an Army veteran.

Survivors also include four sons, Rondale Saucer Sr of Germany, Aaron W Moore and Shane M Daley, both of Lima and Antonio Moore of Pittsburgh; eight daughters, Fonda Cage, Traci C Ingram, Dana M Ingram, Lakeisha White and Marchion Y Williams, all of Lima, Arnetta Cage of Lansing Michigan, Kelly R Moore of Marion and Jacena White of Pittsburgh; a brother, Steve Williams; and 34 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alissa Arrick; and his stepfather, Furl P Williams.

Services will begin at 11am Friday at Eleventh Street Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev Robert Toney will officiate. Burial will be in Dayton National cemetery, Dayton. Friends may call from 4 to 8pm Thursday at the church, where the family will be present from 6 to 8pm
