Dolores S “Sue” Craft, 66, died at 1pm March 23, 2010 at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home, Wapakoneta.
She was born November 9, 1943 in Lima to Don E and Emma C Baer Young Sr who preceded her in death. On February 26, 1966 she married Walter E Craft who died February 7, 1986.
Mrs. Craft was a 1961 graduate of Lima Senior High School. She had worked at St Gerard preschool. She loved reading and enjoyed puzzles.
Survivors include two sons, Nickie Dean Craft and Thomas E (Kellie Sexton) Craft, both of Lima; five grandchildren, Nicholas Thomas Craft, Zachary Craft, Michael E Ball, Kylie Sue Craft and Kacie Lyn Craft, all of Lima; a great grandson, Caiden Thomas Craft; seven siblings, Sandra K (Tom) Brodnick of Lakeview, Don E (Jacki) Young Jr, Rickie Dean (Sharon L) Young and Ed (Becky) Young, all of Lima, Kathy (Mike) Hoskinson of Waynesfield, Joyce M Everett of Cridersville and Connie L (Mike) Hensley of Lakeview; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy V Young; a nephew, Ryan R Young; and a brother-in-law, Michael A Everett.
Services will begin at 10:30am Friday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Lewis eastside Chapel. Father James McDonald will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8pm today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ryan Young Scholarship Fund, 4619 North Thayer Road, Lima Ohio 45807.
