Michael C. Neely, 64, died at 10:15 a.m. Aug. 14, 2007, at the Dayton VA Medical Center, Dayton.
He was born Dec. 26, 1942, in Lima to John R. and Jean K. Conner Neely, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Neely was a member of Fraternal Order of Orioles Nest 173. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He loved his dogs, Bender, Bridgett and Bob.
Survivors include a sister, Chanda C. (Jim) Caudill, of Lima; a brother, Tony (Brenda) Neely, of Sidney; two nieces, Julie Caudill and Nicole Neely; and a nephew, Jim Caudill.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jill Painter.
Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
